It's an investment decision for a large organisation and needs up-front thinking. Not too much, just enough. That's where the art rather than the science comes in.

JohanJohan Pietershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15165752034914097615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3628439266792763028.post-4183516220445932822013-01-10T15:50:50.237-06:002013-01-10T15:50:50.237-06:00Hugo! As I tried to say, maybe I can help someone ALSO not relive those areas of pain. If so, good. If not, good as well. Your questions are absolutely the right ones to ask--do we have to do this? Why? Agile discipline requires that we always ask these questions with urgency.

The point I'm really trying to make with this blog post is that agile at scale (and the scale I'mElena Yatzeckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06015548238979618153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3628439266792763028.post-57409800229562401152013-01-04T05:52:43.704-06:002013-01-04T05:52:43.704-06:00Having *both* an Iteration 0 and a workshop is a s...Having *both* an Iteration 0 and a workshop is a smell.
